I've used the same scale for both the wilderness map and the cave map, which is admittedly makes both an akward size to run using the U&WA rules.
In wilderness travel, a person on foot can travel five miles over mountainous terrain per day. Based on my wonky definition of 1 mile=5000', that means 25000' per day. If we assume 10 hours of travel per day, that means we can travel 0.5 miles or 2500' per hour.
In underworld travel, an unencumbered person can travel 240' in ten minutes at dungeon speed1. Every 6th turn must be spent resting, so an unencumbered person travels about 1200' per hour2. A person carrying 1000cn moves 900' per hour, A person carrying 1500cn moves 600' per hour.
The Bugbear village map has some scale issues. Don't take a 20' bed literally. My attempts to depict a split-level cave in a top-down view leave something to be desired, I could stand to take a second swing at this one.

Or 480' while fleeing.↩
Another consideration: AD&D suggests a 5x dungeon speed multiplier when travelling with the aid of a map. Which would make long range dungeon travel roughly 2.4x faster than wilderness (6000' per hour). This dungeon is fairly vertical, if using this rule I would probably cut travel speed down to half or a quarter for steep sections.↩
