Driver Snake

HD 3, AC as Chainmail, DMG as Bite and Whip
A snake, 20' long, 16' of which is its barbed, finger-width tail. It attacks once with its poisonous bite, and one by whipping its tail. Anyone hit by the tail must save vs petrification or lose their action this round. Anyone hit by the bite must save vs poison or fall unconscious for 1 turn.

Mother Hen

HD 2, AC as None, DMG as Bite
A giant chicken, plucked half bare. Its eyes glow a dim rhythmic yellow and have a hypnotic quality, anyone who looks at it must save vs spells or fall under its control.

Archerbird

HD 0, AC Chainmail, DMG as Tiny Peck
Tiny songbird. Bites thorns off of vines to spit at predators or pray.

Reverse Horse

HD 2, AC as Leather, DMG as Spear or Trample
Stone-coloured dwarf with an equine head. Known to ambush travellers and demand to ride on their shoulders.

Mudmiser

HD 5, AC as Chainmail, DMG as Giant Punch
A three-legged, three-armed giant humanoid made of mud, roots and grass. Gold and gemstones glitter in its chest, and splash out of it like viscera when it is wounded to below half of its hit points (It holds a type G Treasure). It is obsessed with finding more shiny things to add to its mass. After the first round of combat, it regains 1 HP per round.

Fairy Oats

HD 3, AC as Leather, DMG as Strangle
A stand of what appear to be cereal grasses growing in a clearing -- Actually a type of fungus. The grainlike spores are edible, a handful provides a ration's worth of food. If a person takes more than twice what they need, the oats grapple them, forcing them to save against paralysis or be pulled underground, and digested over the following week. Anyone who eats the oats raw must save against poison 1d6 days later, if they fail, they burst into a new stand of Fairy Oats.
