Expanding a Bandit's Lair 3

I've reduced the values of some of the treasures so that the two lords get 3d6×20gp and the test get 3d6×10gp. For more texture, first die is platinum, second is gold, third is silver. I'm also going to roll an age for each of them, 3d20+10 for the leaders, 2d20+10 for the rest.

Noticing things

We've got a couple interesting bits emerging here. First we have strong girlboss energy going on with the leadership. Second, a lot of them wear goofy hats, and I think we can and should extend that to the whole crew.

The magic items give some solid tactical approaches for some of our bandits. Dawrev the Affable will be fighting with her Assassins Creed knives mostly, probably waiting in ambush to detect approaching enemies' metal gear. She's an ideal team-up with Vaudo the Champion, who can Gooigi himself anywhere he needs to go. Not a tactical consideration, but Rherlaudlevi the Farmer has a strong aesthetic with the glass shield and trapezoid crown, he's making up for his provincial background, he's probably obnoxiously snooty.

I gave Jaqua the Precious's crown a couple more charges so she could use it, players could see it used, steal it and use it themselves. The fact that she's as young as she is, makes for good drama. I kind of see the leadership here working like an apprenticeship. Oliee the Bold was taken in by her predecessor, and took on Jaqua once the previous leader died.

How do they feel about each other?

I'm going to go down the pecking order here, rolling a reaction for each bandit for the next bandit down the chain. I'll assume the feelings are mutual. 2-3: Hatred, 4-5: Dislike, 6-8: Ambivalence, 9-10: Friendly, 11-12: Intimate

Oliee the Bold, 8, Ambivalence
Jaqua the Precious, 5, Hatered
Rherlaudlevi the Farmer, 4, Dislike
Dawrev the Affable, 10, Friendly
Vaudo the Champion, 4, Dislike
Miqueb the Victorious, 4, Dislike
Devis the Lion, 8, Ambivalence
Ricershualen the Protector, 9, Friendly
Gwyllo the Stiff, 2, Hatred
Prew the Babe, 7, Ambivalence
Noetl the Peacemaker, 8, Ambivalence
Lomoge the Conqueror, 7, Ambivalence
Taydeanza the Priest

Fair bit of discord going on in this crew. We've got two sets of friends Dawrev and Vaudo (Heh, called it), and Ricershualen and Gwyllo (Ricershualen seems like a silly person, and Gwyllo has a stoic affect, but also gambles with pirates and has a brownie living in her shield, so she's not that straight-laced).

We also have two sets of enemies, Jaqua and Rherlaudlevi (Which makes sense, she probably sees him as a threat, and he's annoyed that this kid is his boss), and Gwyllo and Prew (Gwyllo is maybe superstitious, and Prew has goth kid energy. I should roll for Ricershualen's reaction to Prew as well -- 6 -- so ambivalent, he's not trying to mend their rivalry).

That will do for now, next time I'll see about mapping and stocking their lair.
