First off. Most of what I do on this blog is in silver standard. Today I'm working in gold standard since that's what the generator spits out.
Given that the horde is 100% jewelry, I think that the high-level bandits will be wearing/carrying their portion of the treasure. I might sacrifice the lowest 1600gp worth of treasure to say that the rank-and-file bandits each have 2d6gp worth of petty jewelry and coin.
Let's see what all of these pieces are. I'm going to use Ktrey's jewelry generator to roll 22 treasures:

It was well crafted by a Gifted Angel.
I tend to lean more human-focused fantasy, so when I'm interpreting the previous owner text, I'll mostly be interpreting, for instance "Gifted Angel" as a metaphoric description of a person.
I'm going to order the treasures from least impressive to most, and nudge the descriptions a little to make them more cohesive or interesting. I'll make a few of them belong to the prisoners as well.
- An aluminum goblet decorated with seashell bees, a family heirloom of Valtruzy the Lamb. 600gp
- A glass double-ended knife-fork, decorated with beryl petals, a birthday gift from Rikakot the Oath-Breaker's father. Formerly owned by a vampire princess. 700gp, or 1400gp to a blood cultist
- A nacre torc is beautified with realistic bone Foxes, won in a game of dice from the pirate captain Xionjelye the Well-liked. 900gp
- An ancient lozenge-shaped adamantine broach, embossed with a pair of barn owls, a symbol of office belonging to Valtruzy the Lamb. 900gp
- A jasper bowl rimmed with spikes like teeth, priestesses carved of opal dance around the rim. An unholy item belonging to Vononwyln the Scourge, though she stole it from a village witch. 1 charge, burn an ounce of frankensense in the bowl to cast Commune, reaching out to a chaotic deity. 900gp
- A cane whose head is made from a rose gilt fibula, and whose dark wood shaft is inlaid with malachite waves. Formerly owned by Vononwyln the Scourge. The cane hides a dagger +0, +1 vs holy. 1000gp
- A larimar pin depicting a cluster of brilliant blue dragonflies, always cold to the touch. 1100gp
- Seven key-sized elecrum snakes hang from an iron ring. Each is marked with the name of a lord of hell. Stolen from the wayward priest of a lawful church. 1200gp
- A pair of tumbaga cufflinks in the shape of eagles, crafted in minute detail with miniscule wood feathers. A gift from Miao the Black to her late husband. 1300gp
- An oval loop of gold metal decorated with variscite mice. When heated to forge temperature, it pops open, straightening to a rod -- a dragon's padlock. Still has the latch hanging from it where it was cut off a chest. 1300gp
- A hair comb, of fine make but worse for wear, its tarnished silver surface pocked with pearls and embossed with a howling wolf. A gift from a thieves' guild master who magically tracks its location. 1400gp
- A badly scratched bracelet of krakenbeak trimmed with operculum candles. Glows with 5' radius of light just bright enough to read by for 1 hour after being removed from sunlight. 2000gp
- A baroque iron miter decorated with mushrooms of diopside and tourmaline. Formerly owned by Vononwyln the Scourge, her name is scratched on the inside. 2000gp
- A solid gold goblet, whose bowl is held aloft by three snarling bears. Once the communion cup in a barbarian's holy tent. 3000gp
- A bracelet of jade, zircon, and platinum charms of vultures, rams heads and dragonflies. Grave goods from a funary priest. 3000gp
- A wide bowl carved from a single piece of jet in the shape of a lizard. The underside has a sleep spell inscribed on it, and can be used as a scroll. Eating food from the bowl induces a comfortable rest. 3000gp
- A white gold coronet of interlinking trapezoids covered in tiny flowers of aventurine with rhomboid petals. Hand crafted by a self-appointed lord. 4000gp
- An ostentacious bronze bridle with a flame motif. A pair of diamonds adorn either side. Once belonged to a king's favourite horse, was burried with it. 5000gp
- A pair of obsidian ear spools each holding an ornamental spider carved from lodestone. The wearer has a 4-in-6 chance to know which way north is and a 2-in-6 chance of detecting ferrous metals within 60'.5000gp

Looking at that list we've got 5 suits of enchanted armour, 3 enchanted shields and 3 enchanted swords, I'm going to roll up special powers for those on the associated Ktrey tables:
Armour:
43 - Leaping and Jumping is unhampered, perhaps slightly better, wearing this
14 - Decorated with an Elemental Symbol: Reactions from these are +2
(1d4: Fire)

Spare Equipment, Horses and Food
Finally, I want to figure out the incidental wealth. I've already said that the rank-and-file have 2d6 coin each, but there's also the question of arms, horses and food. Bandits probably run fairly light, so they probably don't have a stockpile of 2x the weapons and armour that they're bringing to battle, but they probably have some extra, same story with horses. I'll do a D100 roll for weapons, armour and horses to see what percentage extra they have on hand:
46
70
60
46% of extra weapons, we'll say infantry have battle axes, archers have light crossbows, cavalry have lances and swords. Heroes and above have lances and swords.
- 90*0.4= 36 battle axes
- 70*0.4= 28 light crossbows
- 70*0.4= 28 lances, 28 swords
- Heroes: 13 lances, 13 swords
70% of extra armour; light foot, archers and light cavalry will have leather armour, cavalry will have shields, medium cavalry will have chainmail. Heroes and above have plate armour and shields.
- 210*0.7= 147 light armour
- 70*0.7= 49 shields
- 20*0.7= 14 chainmail
- Heroes: 13 plate armour, 13 shields
60% of extra horses, both light and medium cavalry ride light warhorses. Heroes and above ride heavy warhorses
- 70*0.6=42 light warhorses
- Heroes: 13 heavy warhorses
Finally we come to food. I'm going to make a percentage roll for how much of a year's worth of food they have stockpiled:
99
So basically a whole year. How much of that is in the form of live animals?
7
Not much at all. So we're looking at a lot of dried grain, ale, game meat, but they don't have a bunch of pigs running around. They're feeding 450 people, four baby giant weasels and a toad on primarily dry goods, we'll call it 161000 rations and maybe 20 goats. They get cheese for a treat.
We also have to feed the horses and goats, 158 animals total, we'll say 56000 rations of animal feed.
...
That is quite enough for today. Next time I'll build out the bandits a bit, figure out what they want and how they feel about eachother.
